1 Introduction and Scope of This Document

These "Terms of Service" (referred to below as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jbdxr and any person (referred to below as "User") who accesses or uses the jbdxr platform and website at https://jbdxr.im.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may only open one account at jbdxr. If duplicate accounts opened by the same person are found, jbdxr may close them without notice and hold the funds in those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide complete and accurate information when registering. If incorrect details that cannot easily be changed (such as name or date of birth) are submitted, jbdxr may block withdrawals on that account. Information may be verified before any payment is processed.

3.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own account secure. Your login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with any third party. jbdxr is not responsible for any bets placed or deposits/withdrawals made by someone other than the account holder — the player bears full responsibility.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

jbdxr may suspend or close an account without prior notice if any of the following occur—

• Incorrect information is found to have been submitted during registration
• Theft, fraud, or software-assisted play is detected
• Software tools (bots, scripts) are used to abuse bonuses
• The player cannot provide proof of the source of deposited funds
• Any prohibited activity listed in these terms is found to have been carried out

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The jbdxr welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a 10x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered in full 10 times before a withdrawal is allowed.

5.2 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds and any winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Promotion Cancellation

jbdxr may modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Bonus funds will not be carried over after a promotion period ends.

6 Prohibited Activities and Responsible Gaming

6.1 Prevention of Fraudulent Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbdxr platform—

• Using bots, scripts, or any automation tools to play
• Depositing and playing with stolen or fraudulently obtained funds
• Abusing promotions by playing only low-loss games during wagering requirements to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Colluding with a related player to swap balance between accounts (collusion)
• Playing against your own account (self-dealing)

6.2 Responsible Gaming

7 Games and Services

7.1 Game Availability

Games and services provided by jbdxr may be changed or suspended without prior notice due to maintenance requirements, software provider issues, or operational decisions.

If a game round is determined to have been lost due to a server error or software fault during play, jbdxr may refund the stake for that round. However, the decision will be based solely on jbdxr's investigation findings.
